11. Mode of taking possession of tangible moveable property. -Where the property to be taken possession of is tangible moveable property, possession may be taken by actual seizure and after such seizure the Custodian may either keep the property in his own custody or entrust to a supurdar on the latter furnishing security in Form No. 5. Provided that where the property is subject to speedy or natural decay or the expense of keeping it is likely to be out of proportion to its value the Custodian may sell it forthwith. |
