117. Withdrawal or witnesses from court. -During the trial a witness other than the prosecutor, shall not, except by special leave of the court, be permitted to be present in court while not under examination and if, while he is under examination, a discussion arises as to the allowance of a question, or the sufficiency of his answers or otherwise as to his evidence, he may be directed to withdraw.
