87. Sitting in closed court. -(1) When a court-martial sits in closed court on any deliberation amongst the members or otherwise, no person shall be present except the members of the court, the judge advocate, any officers under instruction, and it interpreter has been appointed and the court considers his presence necessary, the interpreter; and the court may either retire, or may cause the place where they sit to be cleared of all other persons not entitled to be present. (2) Except as above-mentioned, all the proceedings, including the view of any place, shall being open court and in the presence of the accused.
