11. Transport of film in vehicles carrying passengers.- (i) Notwithstanding anything contained in rule 10,film may be carried in any vehicle carrying passengers subject to the following conditions :- (a) the quantity carried in any one vehicle shall not exceed 200 pounds, (b) the film shall not be deposited during transit in any building other than one fulfilling the requirements of the conditions endorsed on licence Form C. (ii) Nothing contained in clause (b) of sub-rule (i) shall apply to film in quantity not exceeding 20 pounds |
