17. Appeals to Federal Court.- [Repealed by the Federal Court Act, 1941 (21 of 1941), s. 2.]
HIGH COURT AMENDMENTS
Allahabad.- Add the following as new rule:
“17. Provisions of sub-rules (1) and (2) of Rule 15 shall aply mutatis mutandis to the execution of decrees or orders for costs passed by the Federal Court in appeals from the I ugh Court.” (14.8.1948).
