2. Definitions.- In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,- (a) "agent" means a person duly authorised by a party to present application or to give reply on its behalf before the Tribunal; (b) "applicant" means a person making an application to the Tribunal under section 19; (c) "application" means an application made to the Tribunal under section 19; (d) "legal practitioner" shall have the same meaning as it is assigned to it in the Advocates Act, 1961 (25 of 1961); (e) "Ordinance" means the Recovery of Debts Due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 1993 (51 of 1993) (hereinafter referred to as the Act); (f) "Presiding Officer" means the Presiding Officer of a Tribunal; (g) "Registrar" means the Registrar of the Tribunal; (h) "Registry" means the Registry of the Tribunal, | |||||
