Form work, false work and shoring.- The employer shall ensure at a construction site of a building or other construction work that- (a) form work and false work are so designed, constructed and maintained that such form work and false work support the load that may be imposed on them; (b) such form work is so erected that working platform, means of access, bracing, means of handling and stabilizing could easily be fixed with such form work. |
