Repair of damaged scaffold.- The employer shall ensure at a construction site of a building or other construction work that- (a) no building worker is permitted to work on a scaffold which has been damaged or weakened unless adequate safety measures have been taken to ensure the safety of such building worker; (b) necessary warning signs are displayed at such places where repairs of scaffold are undertaken. |
