The Delhi Building and other Construction Workers' Welfare Fund.- (1) The Board may, as soon as may be after the coming into force of these rules, constitute a Fund by the name "The Delhi Building and other Construction Workers' Welfare Fund" in accordance with the provision of the Act and these rules. (2) The Fund shall vest in and be administered by the Board. (3) There shall be credited to the Fund - (a) grant or loan or advances if any, made by the Government of India or by the Government or any local authority; (b) the contribution paid by the beneficiaries under these rules; (c) all sums received by the Board from such other sources as may be decided by the Central Government or the Government. |
