285. Refund of the contribution of deceased member.- (1) On the death of a member, the amount of contribution standing in his credit shall be given to his nominee. In the absence of a nominee the amount shall be paid to his legal heirs in equal shares. (2) All financial benefits under these rules other than death benefit and medical assistance for accidents shall become payable only after one year of a person becoming member of the fund. |
