289. Accounts.- (1) Excluding the administrative expenses, all interest, rent and other income realized and all profits or losses if any, on the investment shall be credited or debited, as the case may be, to an account called the "Interest Suspense Account".

(2) The Secretary of the Board or any other officer authorised by him shall submit a statement to the Government on 15th days of March every year or on such other date as the Government may specify, an annual report appending a classified statement of the assets of the fund.
