30. Restoration of appeals.- Where an appeal has been dismissed under rule 29, the appellant may apply to the appellate officer for the restoration of the appeal and if the appellate officer is satisfied that the appellant was prevented by sufficient cause from appearing, the appellate officer shall restore the appeal on its original number: Provided that an application for registration under this rule shall not be entertained by the appellate officer after thirty days from the date of such dismissal. | |||||
