22A. Power of Authority to develop land in non-development area.- Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (2) of section 12, the Authority may, if it is of opinion that it is expedient to do so, undertake or carry out any development of any land which has been transferred to it or placed at its disposal under section 15 of section 22 even if such land is situated in any area which is not a development area. |
