61-UD. Industrial activity or isolated storage to which Rules 61-UE to 61-UM apply.- (1) (a) Rules 61-UE, 61-UF, 61-UK and 61-UM shall apply to an industrial activity, other than isolated storage, in which there is chemical listed in Column 2 of Schedule 3 which is equal to or more than the threshold quantity specified in the entry for that chemical in Colmun 3; (b) Rules 61-UH to 61-UJ shall apply to an industrial activity other than isolated storage; in which there is involved a quantity of a hazardous chemical listed in Column 2 of Schedule 3 which is equal to or more than the threshold quantity specified in the entry for that chemical in Column 4. (c) Rules 61-UE and 61-UF shall apply to an isolated storage in which there is involved a quantity of a hazardous chemical listed in Column 2 of Schedule 2 which is equal to or more than the threshold quantity specified in the entry for that chemical in Column 3; and (d) Rules 61-UH to 61-UK and 61-UM shall apply to an isolated storage in which there is involved a quantity of a hazardous chemical listed in Column 2 of Schedule 2 which is equal to or more than the threshold quantity specified in the entry for that chemical in Column 4. |
