61-UJ. Requirement for further information to be sent to the Inspector and the Chief Inspector.- Where in accordance with rules 61-UH and 61-UI, and occupier has sent safety report and safety audit report relating to an industrial activity of isolated storage to the Inspector and the Chief Inspector may, by a notice served on the occupier require him to provide such additional information as may be specified in the notice and the occupier shall send that information to the Inspector and the Chief Inspector within ninety days. |
