61-UN. Disclosure of information.- Where, for the purpose of evaluating information notified under rule 61-UC or rules 61-UE to 61-UM, the Inspector or the Chief Inspector discloses that information to some other person, that other person shall not use that information for any purpose except a purpose of the Inspector or the Chief Inspector disclosing it, as the case may be, and before disclosing that information the Inspector or the Chief Inspector, as the case may be, shall inform that other person of his obligations under this rule. |
