Persons defined to hold positions of supervision or Management.- The following persons shall be deemed to hold position of supervision or management provided they are not required to perform any manual labour as a regular part of their duties and they are employed in a supervisory capacity. (i) All persons specified in the Schedule below annexed hereto. (ii) Any other persons specified, who in the opinion of the Chief Inspector holds a position of supervision or management and if so declared by him in writing. |
