29. Determination of the amount of compensation.- In determining the amount of compensation for improvement regard shall be had to – (a) The cost of the work, (b) The condition of the work and the period during which it is likely to add materially to the value of the holding, (c) The amount by which the quantity or value of the produce of the holding is increased by the work, (d) The length of time during which the Asami claiming compensation has had the benefit of the improvement, and (e) The age of the trees, their class and the income likely to accrue from them. | |||||
