Valuation of the holding to be sold.- Where a Court has under section 57, ordered a sale of the holding or holdings, it shall a order a valuation of the same to be made in such manner as may be prescribed and shall offer to sell the same at the price so ascertained to the co-tenure holders in such order of preference as may be prescribed. |
