19. List of villages.- The Deputy Commissioner shall cause to be prepared and maintained in the prescribed form a list of all villagers and shall show therein in the prescribed manner the areas- (a) Liable to fluvial action, (b) Having precarious cultivation, and (c) The revenue whereof has either wholly or in part been released, compounded, redeemed or assigned. Such lists shall be revised every five years in accordance with the rules framed in that behalf. |
