101. Power of metro railway administration to make regulations.- The Government metro railway administration may, with the previous approval of the Central Government, make regulations not inconsistent with this Act and the rules made there under, to provide for all matters for which provisions are necessary or expedient for the purpose of giving effect to the provisions of this Act. |
