Prohibition against traveling of person suffering from infectious or contagious diseases and powers to remove them.- (1) No person suffering from infectious or contagious diseases as may be prescribed, shall travel by the metro railway. (2) Any person travelling in contravention of any rule made under sub-section (1) shall be liable to be removed from the metro railway. |
