Saving of operation of certain enactment’s.- Nothing in this Act shall affect the provisions of the Administration of Evacuee Property Act, 1950 (31 of 1950), or the Slum Areas (Improvement and Clearance ) Act, 1956 (96 of 1956), or the Delhi Tenants (Temporary Protection ) Act, 1956 (97 of 1956). |
