19. All fees payable under these rules shall be paid.- either in cash, not exceeding one hundred rupees, or by a crossed postal order in the name of the Chief Inspector of Shops and Establishments, Delhi, and wherever an application is required to be accompanied by any such fee, it shall be accompanied by: (i) the prescribed fee in cash, not exceeding one hundred rupees, having been deposited with the Chief Inspector of Shops and Establishments Delhi, or (ii) a crossed postal order of the requisite value. |
