Annual statement of member’s account.- (1) As soon as possible after the close of each period of currency of contribu- tion card the Commissioner shall send to each member through the employer of the factory or other establish¬ment in which he was last employed a statement of his account in the Fund showing the opening balance at the beginning of the period, amount contributed during the year, the total amount of interest credited at the end of the period or debited in the period and the closing balance at the end of the period. (2) Members should satisfy themselves as to the correctness of the annual statement and any error should be brought to the notice of the Commissioner within six months of the receipt of the statement. |
