Conduct of business of the Central Board.- (1) All orders and other instruments shall be made and exe¬cuted in the name of the Central Board and shall be authenti¬cated by such person and in such manner as the Central Board may specify. (2) All contracts and assurances of property shall be expressed to be made by the Central Board and shall be executed on behalf of the Central Board by the Commissioner. |
