Time limit for communicating the views of the Central Board to the appropriate Government on a proposal for grant of exemption to an establishment.- When an appropriate Government consults the Central Board with regard to its proposal for grant of exemption to an estab¬lishment under section 17 of the Act, the Board shall give its views on the proposal within a period of three months from the date on which such proposal is received by it. |
