33. Other modes of payment of contribution.- Subject to the directions of the Standing Committee, the Director-General may, if he thinks fit and subject to such terms and conditions as he may impose, approve of any arrangement, whereby contributions are paid at times or in a manner other than those specified in these regulations and such arrangement may include provision for the payment to the Corporation of such fees as may be determined by him to represent the estimated additional expenses to Corporation, and may require such deposit of money by way of security as he may determine. | |||||
