64. Transport of explosives with ordinary goods. - Notwithstanding anything contained in rule 62, the following explosives may be transported by any train other than a passenger or mixed train in a carriage not carrying any article or substance liable to cause or communicate fire or explosion- (a) Any quantity of safety fuse for blasting; (b) Any other explosive approved by the Chief Controller for the purpose of this rule provided such explosive is packed in metallic cases or cylinders which fulfil all the requirements of these rules and are of a pattern approved by the railway administration and the Chief Controller.
