67. Amendment of Central Act II of 1899 in its application to the Union Territory of Delhi.- In schedule 1-A, to the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (Central Act II of 1899), in its application to the Union Territory of Delhi, after entry 20, the following entry shall be inserted, namely.- "20-A chit agreement, that is an agreement relating to a chit as defined in clause (2) of section 2 of the Madras Chit Funds Act, 1961 as extended to the Union Territory of Delhi, if either such agreement is executed or the Chit is conducted in the Union Territory of Delhi. | One rupee |
