17. Ordinance to have overriding effect.- The provisions of this Act shall have effect notwithstanding the State Government may, by notification in the official gazette make rules to carry out the purposes of the Act anything inconsistent therewith contained in any other law made by the State Legislature or any rules, regulations or order made thereunder. |
