144S. Application of section 148 to offences under this Chapter subject to certain modifications.- The provisions of section 148 shall apply to the offences under this Chapter, subject to the modification that no prosecution for an offence punishable under this Chapter shall be lodged, except with the previous sanction of the Collector.
