264. Hospital accommodation.- There shall be a hospital on board every pilgrim ship offering such conditions relating to security, health and space, and capable of accommodating such proportion, not exceeding five percent of the maximum number of pilgrims which the ship is certified to carry, as may be prescribed. | ||||||
