268. Statement concerning pilgrims to be delivered before pilgrims disembark in India.- The master of every pilgrim ship arriving at any port or place in India at which it may intended to discharge pilgrims, shall, before any pilgrims disembark, deliver a statement signed by him specifying the total number of all the pilgrims on board and the number of pilgrims of each sex and the number of the crew, and such other particulars as may be prescribed to the certifying officer or such other officer as the Central Government may appoint in this behalf at the port or place.
