80. Cognizance of offences.- No court inferior to that of a Metropolitan Magistrate or Judicial Magistrate of the first class shall try any offence under this Act which is alleged to have been committed by any owner, agent or manager of a mine or any offence which is by this Act made punishable with imprisonment.
