58. Amendment of section 107A.-In section 107A of the principal Act,-
(a) in clause (a),-
(i) for the words "using or selling", the words "using, selling or importing" shall be substituted;
(ii) for the words "use or sale,", the words "use, sale or import" shall be substituted; (b) in clause (b), for the words "who is duly authorised by the patentee to sell or distribute the product", the words "who is duly authorised under the law to produce and sell or distribute the product" shall be substituted.
