12. Payment of fees. Rule prescribed under Section 3 read with Section 40(2)(b). - (1) All fees to be paid under these rules shall be paid into the local treasury under the head ‘XXXII-Miscellaneous Social and Development Organizations (Provincial) Labour and Employment— Fee for registration under the Motor Transport Workers Act, 1961 For Punjab. —“230 – Labour and Employment 01 – Labour (a) receipts under various Labour Laws and receipt obtained which shall be submitted along with the application. (2) If an application for the grant, renewal, amendment or issue of a duplicate certificate or registration is rejected the fee paid shall be refunded to the applicant.
