60. CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THIS ACT NOT APPLICABLE TO CERTIFICATION TRADE MARK. -The following provisions of this Act shall not apply to certification trade marks, that is to say, -

(a) Section 9;

(b) Sections 18, 20 and 21, except as expressly applied by this Chapter;

(c) Sections 28, 29, 30, 39, 40, 41, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 51, 52, 53, and sub-section (2) of Sec. 55;

(d) Chapter X, except Sec. 81;

(e) Any provision the operation of which is limited by the terms;
