129. HEARING BY THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT BEFORE ISSUING DIRECTIONS TO THE REGISTRAR TO ACCEPT AN APPLICATION OR TO ACCEPT IT CONDITIONALLY.-The Central Government shall not direct the Registrar to refuse an application for registration of a certification trade mark or to accept the application subject to any conditions or limitations or to any amendments or modifications of the application or of the regulations without giving to t lie, applicant an opportunity of being heard and the procedure shall be regulated by the provisions of rule 86 mutatis mutandis. |
