MANNER OF ADVERTISEMENT. -An application for the registration of a trade mark required or permitted to be advertised by sub-section (1) of Sec.20 or to be re-advertised by such sub-section (2) of that section shall be advertised in the Journal during such times and in such manner as the Registrar may direct. If no representation of the trade mark be included in the advertisement of the application, the Registrar shall mention in such advertisement the place or places where a specimen or representation of the trade mark may be inspected. |
