2. Definitions.- In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,- (a) the "Act" means the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956); (aa) "Form" means a form annexed to these rules; (b) "public trustee" means the public trustee appointed under section 153A of the Act. |
