127. Clearing of court. —(1) The officer holding the trial may clear the court to consider the evidence or to consult with the officers or junior commissioned officers, attending the trial. (2) Except as above-mentioned, all the proceedings, including the view of any place, shall be in open court, and in the presence of the accused.
