Taking of opinions of members of court. —(1) Every member of a court must give his opinion by word of mouth on every question which the court has to decide, and must give his opinion as to the sentence, notwithstanding that he has given his opinion in favour of acquittal. (2) The opinion of the members of the court shall be taken in succession, beginning with the member lowest in rank.
